We’ll certainly collect your email address if you give it to us by signing up for something on this site.  We also may collect cookies and all that kind of stuff.  A lot of the cool stuff on the website, like the newsletter, the RSS feed, the blog (called “News” on this site), and similar features are handled for us by a third party provider (who is also hosting the site), and who knows what they might do with your info.  We’re certainly not making any representations or warranties about them!  New methods of collecting information will certainly be created in the future.  If it makes sense for us to use those new methods, we will.

With any of your information that we obtain or collect, we will protect it to the extent required by law.  Information is valuable, so at some point in time we may well sell it as part of the sale of all or part of the assets of our practice.  However, we promise you that we will not intentionally sell or disclose it to known spammers.  We will also use your information internally for just about any reason that makes sense and might share your information with other businesses that we might create or participate in the future.
